Injective Governance Upgrade

Injective has introduced a completely overhauled governance page, marking the dawn of a fresh era characterized by robust and effortless coordination across the network. This transformation empowers any ecosystem dApp or participant to engage in governance more effortlessly than ever before.

Since its mainnet launch, Injective has embraced a community-driven approach where all pivotal updates and enhancements are subject to community voting. This inclusive model encompasses substantial chain improvements and the integration of new assets. Thanks to the community’s active involvement, Injective has evolved into its current state.

The novel governance page adheres to this community-centered ethos, offering a streamlined perspective within the Injective Hub. This revamped interface facilitates the introduction of new proposals, provides visibility into ongoing voting processes, and furnishes tools for comprehensive ecosystem analysis.

With this upgrade, users can also find specific tags that allow them to quickly navigate across proposals. For instance, the “WASM” tag will refer to governance related to Injective’s WebAssemly-based smart contract layer, whereas the “Upgrade” tag will refer to governance related to overall chain upgrades.

Injective is now the fastest L1 blockchain that is able to directly benefit builders across the world of finance. Traditionally, this can be thought of as DeFi, but projects in areas such as NFTs, gaming and more are all in some way related to the overarching theme of finance itself.
